I love that my God does not fit nicely into a box. I also love that he continues to get bigger the more I see and know Him.
As I've grown in my relationship with the one, true, God, he continues to show me just how big He and His ways are. He does things in much bigger ways that I could ever think or dream up. He uses people who I might never have thought of using. Regardless of where you live or what congregation you belong to, He is working now, just as He always has, drawing people to Himself, and He does that in ways that, well, are way "over our heads".
Isaiah 55:9 (NIV) “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts."
What about your God? Does he continue to get bigger the longer you know him, or is he starting to fit into a "nice, little box"? Do you continue to see His hand working where you are working? Remember that we can do NOTHING of kingdom value alone! Take a quick look around and make sure you are not carrying faithfully on by yourself. God IS at work in our world today doing BIG things! I desperatly want to be right beside Him, working where He is at work.
